Dallas, Texas Family Immigration Attorneys

Immigration laws can create a stressful barrier to families separated by international borders. If part of your family is in the United States and other family members are citizens of another country, the process of reuniting the family involves complicated immigration forms and difficult interviews with U.S. immigration officials. Hiring a qualified immigration law attorney can make the process less stressful and lessen the risk of submitting a family-based immigration application with errors that could delay your family reunion.

You may be able to make a second application for a temporary visa that, if approved, will allow you to live temporarily in the United States with the rest of your family while you wait for your application for permanent residency to be approved. Often, applications for temporary visas are less complicated and are processed more quickly than applications for permanent residency.
